• Cape Town TABLE VIEW dojo address location is 59 Erica road Table View. Google Maps  
• We are a dojo that only allow Adults from the age of 16. Training is for both male and Female. The syllabus and training is strictly traditional and we do Not Do Sport karate, however all our kata are done the JKF Gojukai way.
• We are beginner friendly and invite anyone to join that is interested in learning  Japanese Goju Ryu
• International recognized and accepted colour grades and Dan`s ranks. 
• Affiliated to KSA, and  Seiwakai international that is located in 18 countries .

Karate studio  is central to the surrounding areas of Parklands, Sunningdale, Flamingo Vlei and Blouberg and just 10min by car to the dojo location.  The location has a safe environment and parking for the members.  Their is a reception area and a change room/ toilet.

The hall has wooden floors and an atmosphere of Excellence that comes about through hard training.

Karate  Seiwa Kai Table View is beginner friendly and will give you all the info you need and guide you through the process of getting started. Seiwa Kai Table View Dojo is no different. We have been home to over 800 members since 2000. Men Women and children have enjoyed the Japanese Goju Ryu classes under the leadership of Peter Klipfel Kyoshi 7th Dan.

Every class is authentic Japanese Goju Ryu traditional karate tuition. Our training syllabus is that which was handed down from the late Gogen Yamaguchi  through the late Shuji Tasaki Founder of Seiwa Kai as well as influence and teaching of Goshi Yamaguchi Hanshi  the present leader of the IKGA.

This is what we offer interested and existing karate members 

• We do not take away a rank from a person joining Seiwa Kai. Your present rank maintains till we find you to be of a level to advance to the next level or Dan grade in Seiwa Kai South Africa.  
• Acceptance of interested members,  no matter what Rank or Association. 
• Our policy is not interfere with Dojo owners in Seiwa Kai. We ask only that they attend and support international seminars and keep up to standard by attending at least one lesson a month at the Main Dojo in there area. 
• Quality over Quantity – Classes a small and only Adults. 
• International recognized and accepted colour grades and Dan`s ranks. 
• Affiliated to Karate Associations like WKF , JKFGK , KSA , Unicity, SeiwaKai. 
• Traditional karate is taught in the classes. No Sport Karate 
• Enrollment is for ages over 16. 
• Training is for both Male and Female. 
• Syllabus 90% is from the IKGA
• Pass mark is of a high standard .

Established in 1982 –  The Beginning

I started with 10 eager students / children in the back room of a library in Hout Bay Cape Town.

After around 10 years in 1990 , I opened in Table View, Melkbosstrand, Stellenbosch, however as time passed I centered on Table View as my main dojo.

Along with Karate classes , there is also  Ballet – Pilates and Zumba fitness.
